Microsoft is seeking a seasoned Senior Development Manager to join their Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India team. This position will entail overseeing projects and participating in daily operations to ensure the successful execution of a major investment in India.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with GWS partners and primary vendors to complete intricate building projects on time, within the allocated budgets, and surpass the expectations of clients.

The applicant will manage the team’s efforts in executing large-scale, multi-year projects for campuses and/or regional solutions, while also engaging with local executives. Working closely with our construction service providers the candidate will be responsible for developing clear project work plans, timetables, and cost estimates for all the projects.

This way the applicant has to tread the fine line between freedom and responsibility. The applicant needs to fully appreciate the compliance requirements as well as the requirements of the projects.

The candidate will concentrate on their expertise in essential financial operations, such as major approval stages and key project milestones. This involves working with internal Procurement staff to ensure procurement compliance and selecting the appropriate partners with suitable budgets.
