Such benefits include access to a wider talent pool, diversity, and transfer of skills. Around 69% of the companies are bringing in workers from outside India, especially in sectors such as tech and finance. Offshore hiring helps have a more powerful team and encourages innovation. However, 12% of the companies do not want to hire outside India, primarily due to the lack of business units or teams outside India.
