The second outage of the month occurred early on Tuesday when OpenAI’s ChatGPT went down for almost two and a half hours. From 11:20 AM PT until 1:55 PM PT, there was an outage.

This outage affected users in India on Monday from 11:50 PM to 2:25 AM on Tuesday. All services, including the API, ChatGPT, Labs, and Playgrounds, are now active once the issue is fixed.

Users who attempted to utilize ChatGPT during the outage either received no response or saw error messages. The service was entirely restored by early Tuesday morning, with OpenAI’s inquiry beginning around half an hour after the initial complaints.
