Recently named one of the Top 25 Technology Consultants and Leaders of 2025 by The Consulting Report, Chetal is a powerful business driver who brings over 25 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Technology Adoption, IT Technical Consulting, IT Management, Software Development, Sales Leadership, Go-to-Market Strategies, and Channel Sales Strategies.
In his new role, Karan will lead the Technology Services sales organization, responsible for driving growth across core solutions, including Software and Platform Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data, AI & Automation, and Consulting Services. Karan will focus on cross-pillar integration, bringing specialized Technology Services offerings to the forefront for all Monks’ clients. As the company continues to develop its AI-centric suite Monks.Flow, Chetal will support its development and industry adoptability through bespoke tech integrations and customizations.

Karan holds an MBA from Oxford and completed executive programs in organizational leadership and digital leadership from HEC Paris and Harvard University.
