At Bloom Digital, we have an exciting opportunity for a client-focused and experienced Copywriter to join our fast-growing (one could say blooming) agency, working alongside a team of creatives who thrive on creating amazing campaigns for our clients.
You will be joining a team who provide exceptional, award-winning SEO results for our clients, and awesome copywriting is at the core of how we achieve these results. We will teach you how to write for SEO, and on the job training will ensure you excel in your role and grow personally and professionally.
As we work with a wide range of industries and audiences, a typical day could include writing website content for a law firm in the morning, and writing social media content for a disability services provider in the afternoon, therefore expanding your knowledge and leaving you with no time for boredom!
The Copywriter role includes:
This in-house, full time position includes writing high-quality SEO copy for a diverse range of industries with exceptional grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. You’ll work in between our marketing and web teams, researching and creating attention-grabbing and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, EDM campaigns, ad copy, and landing pages.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of three years copywriting experience, demonstrable with a portfolio of genuine work
• Minimum of two years working in an agency or client-side in a similar role
• Proven experience in performing competitor, industry and marketing research to create informed copy
• Experience writing SEO-friendly content is highly desirable, however, we will teach this to the right candidate if required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite
• Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks and duties within a team environment or autonomously, with disciplined time and project management skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Intermediate knowledge of WordPress is desirable, but not required
• Dedication to your craft – we’re all about innovation and learning to provide even more value to our clients!

About the opportunity:
Digital Loop is on the look out for an experienced media sales professional to join our growing team.
Working with our WA State Sales Director, you will work across agency and direct clients, developing integrated digital campaigns across content, display, video, email, mobile, social and activations.
We require an ambitious, driven individual to contribute to winning briefs and strengthening relationships with our clients.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for working collaboratively and meticulously with our campaign management, creative and content teams.
Previous experience in WA media sales is very highly regarded however we welcome applications from those with media agency experience.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning briefs, strong commercial acumen, solid negotiation skills and ideally a huge passion for digital and audio media!
Day to day duties will include:
• Generating a pipeline of media campaign briefs through calls, face to face meetings and presentations.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue by proposing ‘sellable’ solutions that respond to client needs whilst satisfying business objectives.
• Support the Digital Loop team in responding to client briefs, pitches and pro-active opportunities.
• Managing the ongoing relationship with clients prior to, and during our service delivery until completion.

The successful candidate will work closely with our campaign management, sales and marketing team to assist across all aspects of the business.
Previous experience within the media or media agency environment is highly regarded.
This roll requires someone with high attention to detail, organisation skills of the highest quality and quality communication skills.
Day to day duties will include:
• Assisting our head of client solutions with proposals and marketing material.
• Assisting our campaign manager with campaign reporting.
• Assisting the MD with marketing campaigns and client events / functions.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp, Keynote / Powerpoint, Photoshop / Canva, social media marketing and video editing software highly regarded.
