IRB Infrastructure Stock: Cintra may sell 5% stake of IRB Infra through block deals on Monday, according to reports.

The stock indices closed with a marginal dip after both indices touched an all-time high during Monday’s session. The Sensex touched a record high of 77,079 and the Nifty 50 reached 23,411 points. The Nifty 50 concluded with a decline of 0.13 percent at 23,259 and the Sensex declined 0.27 per cent at 76,490.

2. Asian Paints Stock: Company shares are scheduled to trade ex-dividend on Tuesday.
3. Vodafone Idea Stock: Company said its board will meet on June 13 to consider the issuance of equity and securities.
4. SBI Stock: Company said its board will meet on Tuesday to consider raising up to $3 billion through foreign currency bonds abroad.
5. Interglobe Aviation Stock: InterGlobe Enterprises, one of the promoters of IndiGo, is planning to sell around 2% stake in the company through a block deal, according to reports.
6. Ahluwalia Contracts Stock: Ahluwalia Contracts won a work order from Birla Arnaa LLP (joint venture between Birla Estate and M S Ramaiah Reality LLP) for civil structural and architectural work.
7. Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) Stock: RVNL has become the lowest bidder from Central Railway for a project of upgrading in the Amla-Nagpur Section in the Nagpur division of Central Railway.
