As an eBike Mechanic (Cargo) you will be: visiting customer sites, come rain or shine, using a Zoomo supplied vehicle to perform routine maintenance and repairs to our customers LEV’s, providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, including B2B clients, by answering questions and offering expert advice, working seamlessly with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of Zoomo’s e-bike fleet, and helping to guide and develop the mechanic team by sharing your knowledge and fostering a positive work environment.

Working within the Commercial team, as a Senior Buyer you will lead on the Parts and Accessories categories to deliver an exciting and attractive product range to our consumers. You will be instrumental in negotiating contracts, terms and process with our world class suppliers and supporting the maintenance of our successful and long- term relationship with them.
You will manage product lifecycles end to end, and work in collaboration with other departments at Tredz to deliver timely, accurate, industry leading ranges as a performance cycling retailer. You will need experience of working in procurement or purchasing role and preferably specialised knowledge in the cycling industry, but this is not essential. You will need to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, be able to negotiate and communicate effectively, relationship and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
FOX Suspension Service and Warranty Technician – Silverfish UK
Established in 1999, with a select handful of progressive Canadian bike brands, Silverfish has created a unique space in the distribution market focusing on premium mountain bike and crossover brands and offering a unique brand partnership experience.
The primary purpose of this role is to repair FOX Bicycle suspension products which may be in for routine service or repair of defects under the warranty. Service and warranties need to be processed within the advertised timeframes whilst offering a first-class service through communication and technical expertise to the customer, dealer and on occasion, the manufacturer.
The role includes the repair and service of identified products, technical support, and a general ability to think fast and assist in product related problems when they occur. The individual must be enthusiastic about our products and have a vast mechanical knowledge about bikes. A recognised certificate in Cycle mechanics (Cytech level 3 standard) would be an advantage.
