Business Development Manager – CAMS

As a Business Development Manager at CAMS, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Your focus will be on engaging with cycle retailers, industry brands, and professionals to raise awareness and grow our business.

This is a field-based sales role, equipped with a company car and bicycle, allowing you to visit potential clients and partners. You’ll be the face of CAMS in West London, helping local bike shops deliver our unique 5-star service to their customers and ensuring cyclists receive the support they need after an accident. Inside Sales Representative – PBP UK

We have over 25 years of cycling experience and our ultimate goal is to consistently build the best road and mountain bikes in the world.

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Rep to join our team. If you are commercially minded and driven by results this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the right hand to our Outside Reps, guaranteeing that our customer service is on point by building and maintaining dealer relationships, while going that extra mile to hit monthly sales goals. You’ll have a passion for our brands, a keenness to learn and a flexible approach to your day to day.

Covering all brands, you will proactively sell through outbound calls and emails, working closely with the outside reps and contributing to more targeted actions. You’ll be decisive and commercially minded – you know how to balance the interests of the customer and the needs of the business.

Candidates will have good technical and mechanical knowledge of bikes and experience of bike maintenance and servicing in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will be a conscientious and dedicated individual who appreciates quality and attention to detail.

As an experienced mechanic you will have the ability to problem-solve and work with the minimum of oversight. General IT competency is necessary as you will be required to work as part of a team and share the diary/workload with your colleagues using a computer program and database. Qualification to Cytech level 2 or 3 is preferred, although specific training in all areas will be provided to the successful candidate.

FOX Suspension Service and Warranty Technician – Silverfish UK

Established in 1999, with a select handful of progressive Canadian bike brands, Silverfish has created a unique space in the distribution market focusing on premium mountain bike and crossover brands and offering a unique brand partnership experience.

The primary purpose of this role is to repair FOX Bicycle suspension products which may be in for routine service or repair of defects under the warranty. Service and warranties need to be processed within the advertised timeframes whilst offering a first-class service through communication and technical expertise to the customer, dealer and on occasion, the manufacturer.

The role includes the repair and service of identified products, technical support, and a general ability to think fast and assist in product related problems when they occur. The individual must be enthusiastic about our products and have a vast mechanical knowledge about bikes. A recognised certificate in Cycle mechanics (Cytech level 3 standard) would be an advantage.
