The World Food Championships hosts more than 1,500 chefs and teams to battle in 12 culinary categories.
The category winners go on to compete at “the final table” competition to take home the title and $150,000 (estimated about £117,700 prize money).
To take part, the boys elevated their signature burger with bone marrow and truffle.
The Beefy Boys first competed in the competition in 2014 and came second.
“The world championships is such a huge part of the Beefy Boy’s story, and coming second at the 2014 competition gave us the push to open out first restaurant,” said Mr Murphy.
“Heading back in 2024, ten years later, felt like a homecoming.”
