He ran over this track/distance three weeks ago when on speed throughout and he tried hard but couldn’t quite see it through when second to Spangle Fortune. Good racing style and now he’s found positive form, he can go on with it.

$SP.00) jumps straight to the mile but has some form of scope. He resumed over 1200m at Happy Valley where he got back off the speed and worked to the line well enough but had to settle for a fourth to Super Charizzard. Think the rise in trip is fine and gets an okay map.

3 Sterling Wongchoy (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) comes here with fresh legs, having not raced since Oct 30 over the mile at Happy Valley where he got dragged back from the wide gate and while he was never threatening, he did make up ground and was solid enough in defeat. Think with a more positive ride, he can win.

$SP.00) looks to have good talent and enough to say he takes beating here third up. His last run came four weeks ago over this track/distance when off speed and kept finding the line in a good effort in defeat behind Sugar Ball. Tick over trial last week was quite good and maps ideally.

$SP.00) is two weeks between runs for Danny Shum since racing over this track/distance. He didn’t get into the best of spots from the wide gate and just couldn’t quite finish off and win but was still good in defeat. J Mac on and if he can overcome the wide gate, he’s around the mark.

5 Bear Champ (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came three weeks back at this track/distance. He was raw and new to the caper but he kept finding the line and was pretty good in defeat I thought behind Ka Ying Attack. Has that run under the belt and has good upside/improvement to come.

$SP.00) on top but it’s a bludger of a race. He ran over the mile on the dirt last time when held up at times from the wide gate but he was good late in the piece behind Spangle Fortune. Back to 1200m looks okay, he gets a senior rider on and maps to get a much better run in transit. Hard to beat here.

$SP.00) looks to have returned in really good order. He resumed over 1200m at Happy Valley where he got back but came with a well timed run and finished best to win quite impressively. He’s got good room for improvement and loses nothing with Bowman replacing Teetan.

10 Double Show (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) is racing like a rise to 1200m will suit. He has run over 1000m at Happy Valley in recent runs, the latest being on Oct 30 where he got back in the run but worked home well enough in defeat. The rise in trip, I think, is okay, and this isn’t a strong race.

$SP.00) for me in what looks an open race. He is three weeks between runs since racing over the mile on the dirt where he got back to near last in the run but ran home well enough in defeat behind Excel Wongchoy. Back to 1200m I like, and if he can get a drag into the race, he’ll take beating.

$SP.00) is knocking on the door. He ran over 1200m here last time when near the speed and seemingly had every chance but he wasn’t beaten too far behind Offroad Master. That was his first run in four weeks so with room for improvement, he should be around the mark.

4 Sunny Darling (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) likely lands on speed and takes running down. He ran over 1200m at Happy Valley just under three weeks back where he attempted to lead throughout and credit to him, he gave a good sight, but just couldn’t quite see it through behind Street Conqueror, running a 2.5L fourth. If he finds the top and gets front end control, he takes running down.

He resumes for David Hall, having not raced since July 1 when near the speed at this track/distance and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish the job behind Flying High. Good on the fresh side, trial work has been super and gets Purton fresh, which signals clear intent.

$SP.00) gets Blinkers first time…whether it’s a throw at the stumps, last shot at the title, or has he worked like a rocket with them at home? Time will tell because his recent runs have been plain but his best is more than good enough and has a good track/distance record.

6 Healthy Healthy (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) is on the quick back up after winning on Wednesday night at Happy Valley, giving his rivals a start and a beating under a peach steer from Vincent Ho. That was his first run in four weeks so with good room for improvement, he rates highly.

$SP.00) has an awful gate to overcome but he’s flying for Danny Shum, winning two on the bounce, both over the mile on the dirt track here, each time getting a good run in transit off the speed and charged clear late to win by a space. 1800m should be fine and despite a tricky draw, is the one to beat.

$SP.00) lands on speed and takes running down. He won over the mile on the dirt last time, leading throughout and he gave nothing else a look in, winning quite impressively. Tricky draw, but will press forward and give plenty of cheek.

10 Never Peter Out (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) is racing like a rise to 1800m suits after racing over the mile here on the dirt his past two, the latest seeing him run third after getting into a decent spot from the tricky draw. Maps much better this time around and is a definite winning chance.

$SP.00) is the throw at the stumps for the meeting, in the feature race. He is three weeks between runs since racing over 1400m here when dragged back from the wide gate and just didn’t get involved. Jockey upgrade, nice tick over trial, back to 1200m and maps to settle much closer. I say he only runs well at odds.

He has a very good overall record but he has let punters down in both runs this time in, the latest run being over 1200m at Happy Valley last Wednesday where he just got too far back in the run and made up good ground late in the piece. $SP.00) is third up from a spell and should just about be at peak fitness. He does come here though with fresh legs, his latest run coming on Oct 27 over 1200m at Happy Valley when down the track behind Copartner Prince, who was flying at the time. Trialled up well to tune up and maps to do no work.

$SP.00) does look one of the best on the card. He hasn’t raced since Oct 23 over this track/distance when back off the speed and kept finding the line in a really good effort behind Turin Mascot. The tick over trial was quite good, he maps to get a sweet run in transit and Purton is back on.

$SP.00) ran fourth in the race mentioned above, won by Turin Mascot. He attempted to lead throughout under Wong and he did give a good kick but just felt the pinch late in the piece. J Mac jumps on and despite the wide gate, he’ll press forward, likely lead and take running down.

$SP.00) is a knockout hope. His last couple of runs have come at Happy Valley where he has been okay but hasn’t really set the world on fire and he does seem a better horse at Sha Tin. if he can overcome the wide barrier, he is good enough to be a threat.

$SP.00) looks ready to win. He was very much an eye catcher first up over 1200m before going to this track/distance where he tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish the job when beaten a lip by Master Of All. I think he can turn the tables in what looks a two horse race.

$SP.00) is a model of consistency and has a kind map in his corner. He won the race mentioned above, getting front end control and credit to him, he was there to be beaten but he found under pressure to fend them off and win. If he leads and gets control again, he takes running down.

4 Fashion Legend (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) is known to Australian punters given he won the Magic Millions Guineas as a three year old but since that win, he hasn’t done much. That said, he was solid enough in defeat three weeks back at this track/distance when third to Strathpeffer in a race which was quicker than the one won by Master Of All. One for exotics.

$SP.00) is an improver. He was five weeks between runs when racing at this track/distance a fortnight back. He just lacked that hard fitness to put the race away but was still quite good in defeat when fourth to Silvery Breeze. Bowman sticks, one of the leading contenders.

12 Polaris (Bet Now: 
$SP.00) should appreciate a rise to 1400m after being 1400m back to 1000m two weeks back here when run off his legs early but he picked up and was quite good late in the piece. Not sure he is a horse I could back to win but is one for multiples.
