5. Iowa Supermarket Chain Hy-Vee still Eyes Spring Hill for Expansion
In June, Iowa supermarket chain Hy-Vee reiterated its desire to open a Spring Hill location, more than two years after announcing its plans to establish a presence in the general Nashville area.
4. Tennessee Home Sells for Record $42.5M
In November, a Leiper’s Fork home and its surrounding land became the most high-dollar residential real estate transaction this year with a $42.5 million sale. The Twin Rivers Farm sits at 5845 Old Hwy 96 and offer 383 acres and a custom- built 10,000-square-foot home. 3. Spring Hill Company Announces $5M Expansion
In February, Spring Hill-based nutritional powder manufacturer Armada Nutrition plans to invest $5 million for expansion of its production, in what is expected to create 50 jobs to support increased demand at Armada’s Spring Hill manufacturing site.
2. Images Released for Wyelea Community in Franklin
In May, Developers West Harpeth Partners and Daniel Communities have announced construction has begun on 68 homesites in the Wyelea community. Construction is set to begin in 2025.
1. CoolSprings Galleria Announces Slew of Openings, Upcoming Additions
In August, the CoolSprings Galleria announced several new stores including Montreal-based casual young women’s clothing brand Garage, Pancake Pantry offshoot Stacked Express, locally operated and woman-owned 99 Boutique and more.
