With the ever-evolving demands of golf course maintenance in mind, Toro continues to build on its lineup of irrigation and equipment solutions — and it will all be on display at Booth 4436 at the 2025 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show, which is taking place in San Diego this week (February 3-6).
Toro is introducing two new products at the show — the Turf Pro 500/300 and Range Pro 100. These innovative products are designed to optimize golf course maintenance by providing high-quality performance, consistent results, and significant labor and cost savings.
Turf Pro 500/300: Cutting-Edge Technology for Effortless Mowing
The Turf Pro is a state-of-the-art autonomous mower that can mow up to 18.5 acres with precision and efficiency. Designed with cutting performance at its core, the Turf Pro leverages advanced technology to achieve consistently clean, well-maintained turf with minimal input from operators. Its quiet operation ensures little disruption to golfers, while its repeatable results provide superintendents with reliable performance.
The Turf Pro is ideal for freeing up labor to focus on other areas of the course, where specialized skills are needed. The mower’s proficient capabilities ensure that every inch of turf is cared for without sacrificing quality.
Range Pro 100: Streamlining Ball Collection on the Driving Range
The Range Pro is an autonomous golf ball picking robot designed to streamline the labor-intensive task of collecting golf balls from the driving range.
Capable of collecting over 15,000 balls in 24 hours, the Range Pro is a game-changer for golf courses looking to save time and labor while maintaining a clean, tidy range for golfers. Its efficient design minimizes the need for manual labor, enabling course staff to focus on other critical tasks throughout the day.
Both the Turf Pro and Range Pro feature wireless monitoring and control capabilities, allowing superintendents to easily track and adjust their performance via computer or mobile device.
“By introducing Turf Pro and Range Pro, Toro is continuing its commitment to providing golf course superintendents and crews with tools that enhance both efficiency and performance,” said Noah Wahl, product manager at Toro. “With Turf Pro, superintendents can focus on the areas of the course that require specialized attention, while Range Pro helps alleviate labor demands on the driving range. Both products deliver top performance while allowing for significant labor and cost savings, without compromising the standard of quality that courses expect.”
Golf course superintendents and maintenance crews can experience firsthand the benefits of these advanced autonomous systems at a new outdoor demonstration area during the show. Product experts will be on hand to answer questions and provide live demonstrations of both the Turf Pro and Range Pro.
Toro Intelli360 – Connected Equipment Management Experience
Toro is also releasing the all-new Intelli360 at the show. Intelli360 is a web-based digital toolkit which simplifies golf course turf equipment management and gives superintendents the real-time data they need to make efficient, proactive decisions.
Intelli360 creates a truly optimized fleet management experience. From any web-enabled device, superintendents can seamlessly manage equipment fleets no matter where they are located on the facility property. Using the interactive map, they can easily locate connected equipment and monitor operating status, hours and upcoming maintenance needs. From the Intelli360 dashboard, users can create work orders, schedule labor and set due dates in one central hub.
“Managing a golf course demands around-the-clock focus. Superintendents need to have their eyes and ears everywhere, all while staying a step ahead to ensure operations run smoothly from one day to the next,” says Lindsay Tucker, marketing communications manager at Toro. “Intelli360 gives them the power to keep a finger on the pulse of their equipment and streamline operations across their entire facility.”
Lynx Drive – Providing greater irrigation efficiency and productivity
Toro’s all-new Lynx Drive is a reimagined approach to a proven platform with an innovative, newly energized design tailored specifically to the needs of golf course superintendents. The new Lynx Drive is an entirely renewed system designed for mobile, on-the-go use. It puts seamless, full control of irrigation in a superintendent’s hands — literally.
“We’ve been working with selected sites to test Lynx Drive and monitoring their experience,” says John Dalman, senior product marketing manager at Toro. “It’s been exciting to work with superintendents to better understand the benefits of Lynx Drive and optimize the technology based on real use.”
With Lynx Drive, superintendents can make decisions and respond in real time as issues arise on the course. Whether it’s addressing a change in conditions, reacting to weather shifts or dealing with unexpected emergencies, having the ability to act immediately — no matter where they are — ensures the highest levels of productivity and efficiency.
Launching in 2025, Lynx Drive is setting the standard for innovative irrigation management systems. Using Lynx Drive ensures golf course superintendents and their entire crew are informed about what is happening at all times. This leads to more efficient operations, less time spent on manual tasks and a smarter way to stay on top of course activity and needs.
For example, issue flags pinpoint an issue report and associate it with the corresponding station, highlighting the area of the map to ensure adjustments are always made in the correct spot. All alerts are visible to the entire crew for quick, coordinated action.
