Two rounds down, two more left for the Indiana high school girls basketball playoffs.
Thirty-two teams were able to win last Saturday’s regional round, earning the right to go to this Saturday semi-states, with the winners moving on to the state finals next weekend in Indianapolis.

Here, now, are some of the top performances by players in various regional-round games:
Davis scored 23 points on 10-of-12 shooting and a perfect 3-of-3 at the free throw line in the Blazers’ 51-27 win against Tri-County. She also had three rebounds, three assists and three steals.
The sister duo combined for 30 points in the Wildcats’ 53-44 win against Bremen. Jayma Stonebraker had 16 points, two 3-pointers, six rebounds, seven assists and two steals, while Reese scored 14 points and made four 3’s while recording seven rebounds, four assists and two steals.
Butler led her team with 20 points as the Wildcats moved on to the semi-state round after a 60-54 win against Pendleton Heights.
A senior, Hurt also helped the Wildcats’ cause in their regional victory, pouring in 14 points.
A junior, Holman scored 24 points on 7-of-8 shooting and also going 9-of-12 from the line in the undefeated Royals’ 65-48 win against Homestead. She also had six rebounds, six assists and two steals.
Makalusky also scored 24 points in the Royals’ regional win. She hit five 3’s, went 7-of-8 from the foul line and grabbed eight rebounds.
The senior scored 29 points as the Titans downed Floyd Central, 50-39. She also made two 3’s – including a shot from half-court to beat the first-period buzzer – and had a double-double with 10 rebounds while going 9-of-12 from the foul line.
Schnaus also scored 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting in the Titans’ win. She grabbed seven rebounds and blocked three shots as well.
Cummins, a junior, led all scorers with 22 points as the Jeeps downed North Central, 42-32.
Shirley recorded a double-double of 33 points and 13 boards in the Bears’ 65-58 overtime win against Corydon Central. She also went 10-of-11 from the foul line and blocked three shots.
Hyle scored 16 points, 14 coming after halftime in the Bears’ overtime win. She also went 4-of-4 from the line, made two 3’s, grabbed eight rebounds and had a pair of blocks.
Rothwurm continues her impressive postseason thus far as the junior scored 30 points in her team’s 72-48 win against East Noble.
A senior, Kincaid led the Vikings with 18 points and was 6-of-8 from both the field and at the line in a 55-37 win against Hammond Central. She also grabbed seven rebounds.
Barnes had a double-double of 14 points and 13 boards and nearly had a triple-double, finishing with nine assists. She made two 3’s as well.
Simpson scored 17 points, a team high, and also grabbed nine rebounds, made five assists, came up with six steals and blocked two shots in the Wolves’ 64-44 win against Monrovia. In addition, she was 5-of-6 from the line.
Jenkins recorded a double-double of 15 points and 13 boards and also made three 3’s.
A junior, Musall had a team-high 13 points in the Eagles’ 73-29 win against Lowell. She had two 3’s, went 5-of-6 from the line, grabbed seven rebounds and made two assists.
Just a freshman, Thompson led all scorers with 15 points in her team’s 55-37 win against Monroe Central.
Graves had a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds to pace the Lady Mavericks to a 45-41 win against Fort Wayne Snider.
A senior, Wetz had 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting along with four rebounds.
Leffler had 17 points on 7-of-14 shooting along with two 3’s, six rebounds and two assists in the Royals’ 68-51 win against Danville.
Cerny added 16 points and went 5-of-9 from the field. She also made four 3’s.
A senior, Wilson had a team-high 13 points and also had two assists and three steals in the Fighting Irish’s 38-23 win against Northview.
The junior had a team-high 19 points and added 12 rebounds for a double-double in the Tigers’ 53-43 win against South Bend Washington. She also made all five of her free throw attempts.
A senior, Winchester also had a double-double in the Tigers’ regional victory, getting 16 points and 10 boards. She also made three 3’s.
Eaton led her team with 14 points and made all five of her field goal attempts in Sheridan’s 60-23 win against Lewis Cass.
Cross also added to her team’s cause with 13 points and making three 3’s. She also had five boards and four assists.
Barr, a junior, had a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds and also made 10-of-13 field goals in the Eagles’ 57-53 win against Maconaquah.
Lashley had a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds along with blocking two shots in the Panthers’ 49-23 win against East Central.
Craft was also in double figures for the Panthers with 11 points and making three 3’s.
