From Singapore’s NATAS Travel Fair to Vietnam’s ITE HCMC and Japan’s Tourism Expo, these events serve as key platforms for travel consumers to discover new products, inspiration, and deals for their next trip. Here’s a guide highlighting the leading travel shows across Asia in 2025.
NATAS Travel Fair
28 February – 2 March 2025
Singapore’s largest consumer travel fair, the NATAS Travel Fair, returns for its 61st edition at Singapore Expo Halls 4 and 5. Organised twice a year by the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS), the upcoming fair focuses on travel-related products, while a holiday-focused edition of the fair will be held later this year. Over 70 exhibitors will be featured, as well as stage performances and destination sharing sessions that will keep visitors engaged.
Philanthropy will also be making an appearance at the fair. With support from NATAS, Community Chest and Extra-Ordinary People will be setting up booths to raise funds and awareness for their beneficiaries and programmes.
ASTINDO Travel Fair
20 – 23 February 2025
The Association of Indonesia Travel Agents organises the biannual ASTINDO Travel Fair, with the objective of providing more airlines, more destinations and more options to their customers. Taking place across four days from 20 to 23 February at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition, the ASTINDO Travel Fair will expect more than 18,000 visitors stepping foot in and enjoying the various offerings, including special travel packages for both domestic and international travel. Giveaways and special prizes also await visitors, on top of the exclusive deals offered by exhibitors.
MATTA Fair Kuala Lumpur
18 – 20 April 2025
The national MATTA Fair is held twice a year in Kuala Lumpur by the Malaysian Association of Tour & Travel Agents (MATTA) and draws visitor numbers of over 180,000 each time.
The fair, held at MITEC, will also be accompanied by an Outbound B2B event called Matta Connect to encourage more business partnerships, by providing a platform for sellers from various countries to connect with local buyers. Additionally, there will also be a MATTA Tourism Talent Expo held concurrently for visitors, catered to those working in the tour and travel industries. They will have the chance to network with industry professionals and hear from speakers, including Aunty HR, a local influencer whose content is focused on Human Resources and Corporate Businesses.
MATTA Fair Kuala Lumpur
MATTA Fair Penang
24 – 25 May 2025
The second largest fair after the flagship MATTA Fair in Kuala Lumpur, the MATTA Fair Penang will showcase over 300 exhibitors at the Setia Spice Arena in Georgetown. This year’s edition will see the debut of a new Domestic Zone, an area where visitors can access domestic travel packages before they move on to the international zone. This newly launched feature shows MATTA’s commitment to promoting domestic travel and not just outbound packages, highlighting Malaysia’s potential as a unique tourist destination to Malaysians. Visitors can look forward to exclusive promotions on travel packages and experienced advice in one convenient location. Admission to the fair is free.
Thai International Travel Fair 2025 (TITF)
16 – 19 January 2025
The recently renovated Queen Sirikit National Conference Centre housed the TITF held just last month. The fair saw over 1,100 exhibitors across various sectors come together for the four-day fair held from 16 to 19 January. Before opening its doors to the public, a Business Matching session was organised the day before, which saw over 300 buyers and sellers coming together to connect and network.
In its 30th edition, TITF generated 300 million baht in revenue and saw 160,000 visitors, 80% of the target of 200,000. Many Thai visitors made bookings for April, where the upcoming Songkran holiday would be held.
TravelTour Expo
7-9 February 2025
The fair, organised by Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA), promises visitors exclusive deals and unbeatable discounts for domestic and international travel packages. Exhibitors are spread out over two floors at the SMX Convention Center Mall of Asia. A B2B travel trade mart, iTTE, was also held concurrently with TTE at the same venue, a highlight that was introduced in 2015 for professionals to tap on the growing Philippine market and create networking opportunities.

Organised by the Philippine Tour Operators Association (PHILTOA), the Philippine Travel Mart is one of the Philippine’s largest travel fairs. The show attracted over 60,000 visitors in 2023 and saw visitors spending ₱250 million in sales. While the 2025 edition is still in the works, last year’s fair saw 343 exhibitors including airlines, hotels and travel agencies. UnionBank cardholders enjoyed waived entrance fees and special privileges, while it cost ₱100 for general admission.
Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM)
10 – 13 April 2025
Organised by the Vietnam Tourism Association, the fair is held in the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi. The theme for this year’s fair is ‘Developing Green Destinations, Elevating Vietnam Tourism’, a nod to revitalizing the tourism industry in Vietnam in a sustainable way. It will be open to trade visitors on all days, while public visitors can head down on the last three days of the fair. Visitors can look forward to gift vouchers and traditional cultural performances, on top of the exclusive deals and discounted tours and travel products offered. International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC)
4 – 6 September 2025
Jointly organised by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, C.I.S Vietnam Advertising & Exhibition JSC and Le & Brothers Company Limited, the fair is expecting over 400 exhibitors, 220 high-level buyers and 26,000 trade visitors over three days. Notably, ITE HCMC also has an Online Expo, a digital platform for exhibitors to update images and videos onto a 2D booth for potential business partners to access information remotely. Most of the first two days of the fair will be set aside for B2B meetings, while the third day is specially for public visitors.
International Travel Expo (ITE) Hong Kong
12 – 15 June 2025
The annual ITE Hong Kong fair, organised by TKS Exhibition Services, is Hong Kong’s only international travel fair. It will also be co-located with the MICE Travel Expo, giving both trade and public visitors the best of both worlds in the travel industry. The first two days of the show have is only open to trade visitors, while public visitors can enter from the second day, 2PM onwards. Admission fees vary from day to day and role, hence visitors should check ITE’s website for more information.
Taipei International Travel Fair
7 – 10 November 2025
Organised by Taiwan Visitors Association, the Taipei International Travel Fair is the largest annual travel event in Taiwan. It aims to develop Taiwan’s inbound travel market, and with support from the Taiwan Tourism Administration, local and international buyers will be invited to connect with exhibitors. The fair, held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Centre, features both domestic and international destinations, together with airlines, hotels and attractions, to name a few. There will also be cultural performances and a lively mascot parade that visitors, especially the young ones, can look forward to.

Tourism Expo Japan
25 – 28 September 2025
The Tourism Expo Japan is a travel trade show organised yearly by the Japan Travel and Tourism Association, the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) and the Japan National Tourism Organization. It will feature booths by domestic and international locations, as well as other tourism related products and services.
This year’s show will be in Aichi, the first to be held outside Tokyo or Osaka, though it was held in Okinawa in 2020. The Aichi Sky Dome will house the show, which is conveniently located next to the Chubu Centrair International Airport. The first days of the fair will not be open to the general public as they have been set aside to facilitate B2B meetings. Tickets start at ¥1,300 for adults.
Seoul International Travel Fair
5 – 8 June 2025
The Korea World Travel Fair (KOTFA) has been organizing the yearly Seoul International Travel Fair, which is one of many travel fairs they organise around South Korea. The first day of the fair will see the 4th World Tourism Industry Conference held concurrently with the support of UN Tourism. Last year’s edition saw 500 booths representing over 40 countries present their products and services to visitors. More details regarding the fair will be announced at a later date.
China International Travel Mart

The China International Travel Mart has been held annually in Shanghai and Kunming every alternate year since 2001. With last year’s held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai, this year’s would hence most likely be held in Kunming, with dates still to be confirmed. The fair saw 2,500 booths exhibiting last year, naturally making it the largest travel trade show in Asia and visitors are sure to be spoilt for choice at the fair.
