Workshop Technician and Customer Service Advisor – Decathlon Milton Keynes
As a Bike Mechanic in our workshop you’ll be providing high quality bike maintenance and repair services to help our customers enjoy their bikes for longer. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems whilst ensuring that your customers receive the best experience in the process.
You’ll also be involved in recycling and repairing defective bikes in-store, which means that you’ll play an integral part in achieving our collective mission to help preserve our planet. You will also ensure an excellent customer service in our Cycling department, pushing bike sales and preparing the bikes to be ridden!

Internal Sales Representative – Ison Distribution
We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a small, friendly Company within a growing industry. Ison Distribution is one of the UK’s leading bicycle industry distributors.
From bearings and bolts right through to complete e-cargo bikes, we offer a product range of 11,000+ items from World class brands. We pride ourselves on the excellent service we offer to our customers. This Ely office-based role will be focussed on making regular outgoing sales calls to a selected customer base to help drive sales, along with processing sales orders.
You will be expected to build relationships with our dealers by way of pro-active contact and meet specific sales targets. Ideally the candidate should have a good knowledge of our products, and a keen interest in cycling, although this isn’t essential. Effective communication skills are key to build strong customer connections.
Full time mechanic and shop manager – Croston Cycles
We are a thriving local and independent bike shop, in the wonderful rural village of Croston near Leyland. We’re in need of a full-time mechanic and duty manager. You’ll need to have experience of working with high end bikes, as we support many of the local cycle and triathlon community.
The shop is open Tuesday through to Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. Saturday is a critical day, so aside from the usual holiday requirements, it’s important that you can work the days outlined above. You’ll need basic IT skills to access emails and bookings etc, it’s also important that you’re both confident and approachable, when dealing with customers on the phone and in person.
