Signature Weekend of Giving 2024, a fund-raising effort led by the Arkansas Tech University Division of Advancement for the Arkansas Tech University Foundation, raised more than $230,000 in support of student access and student success during Homecoming weekend.
Alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends of the institution made more than 250 gifts in support of such causes as the Fight On Fund, the College of Business and Economic Development, the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Education and Health, the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, ATU-Ozark Campus, ATU athletics, the ATU U.S. Army ROTC program, the Jerry the Bulldog campus ambassador fund or the university’s greatest need/general scholarships.
“The alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the university who contributed to Signature Weekend of Giving are making a difference in the lives of Arkansas Tech University students,” said Pam Cooper, ATU director of annual giving. “Thank you to everyone who made this year’s event an overwhelming success.”
This marked the 10th consecutive year in which ATU has conducted a Signature Weekend of Giving.
