Since it’s bigger and better than the previous nine, the Bell Inn in Durban North has been chosen as the venue.
“We are so proud of this community of women who are embracing this new way of sustainable shopping. We love the idea of creating a circular life cycle for clothing, giving each item a second or third life,” said McLeod.
The fair will feature 40 rails with the most fabulous clothes, shoes and accessories from hand-selected vendors.
“Some of Durban’s most fashionable women are selling their gently worn items. Most of it comes from overseas and is of very high quality.
“It is the best place to find unique, one-of-a-kind pieces,” said McLeod who admits that some of her most fashionable pieces come from fashion fairs.
All that shopping will definitely burn some calories which can be replenished in the eating area with some delicious snacks and beverages.
“We want to encourage people to buy quality clothing that can be worn for longer and which will have resell value,” added McLeod.
The fair takes place from 09:00 to 14:00. R40 gets you in.
