The contracts involve the delivery and installation of the necessary equipment for the customer’s data centre, together with software products and other types of IT equipment and connections, Bittnet said in statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, on Thursday.
The project will be implemented until February 2025, as per the statement.
Founded in 2007, Bittnet is an IT solutions and training group comprising sixteen companies. It runs nine commercial brands split across four business lines which include education, digital infrastructure, cyber security, and software. TopTech is part of Bittnet group’s digital infrastructure business line. In 2023, the group booked a preliminary consolidated net profit of 609,245 lei on total consolidated revenue of 383.2 million lei.
In May, Romanian cybersecurity company FORT [BSE:4RT], also part of Bittnet Systems, started trading on AeRO, the alternative trading segment of the Bucharest bourse.
Bittnet Systems’ shares traded flat at 0.203 lei as at 1506 CET on July 12 on the BVB.
Shares in FORT closed 3.91% higher at 47.8 lei on July 11 on the AeRO market of the Bucharest bourse.
