After an 11-year hiatus, EA Sports’ college football video game series is set to resume this month under new branding, EA Sports College Football 25.
The game is set to be released in less than two weeks, and while we may not know all the details of the much-anticipated game, we do know that Auburn will have one of the best defenses in the country by EA Sports standards.
EA Sports has included Auburn’s defense in its top-25 rankings ahead of the game’s release. Although the Tigers are without DJ James, Nehemiah Pritchett, and Jaylin Simpson following the 2024 NFL draft, expect them to improve this season with the return of Eugene Asante, Jalen McLeod, and Keionte Scott. Jerrin Thompson, a transfer from Texas, is also set to be a key contributor to the Auburn secondary.
Here’s a look at where Auburn and six other SEC teams rank in EA Sports’ newest video game release.
