Jackson was expected to receive plenty of attention in the free-agent market after proving himself as Stafford’s blindside blocker. He was listed at No. 29 overall and a top-three tackle in Gregg Rosenthal’s Top 101 Free Agents list. The 26-year-old has played 1,000-plus snaps in each of the past two seasons while giving up just four total sacks during that span.
In 2024, Jackson received a 78.4 overall grade by PFF, ranking him fifth among all offensive players set to hit free agency. He was one of 13 qualified tackles with a 75.0-plus PFF grade in both pass and run blocking this past season.
Arriving in L.A. as an undrafted free agent in 2021, Jackson is a success story the Rams were not looking to let go.
