State of Origin will loom large over proceedings in Round 17 with a host of stars expected to back up for their club sides following Game II.
The Bulldogs and Sharks kicked off the NRL action on Friday night with Stephen Crichton the only Origin representative involved in the game which was headlined by a Matt Burton field goal in golden point.
The Warriors hosted the Broncos on home soil and started to atone for their horror loss to the Titans last week with an emphatic win.

In the second game of a triple-header on Saturday, the Knights beat the Eels in a thriller.
The Storm and Raiders then squared off at AAMI Park with Craig Bellamy’s side claiming their fourth straight win.
On Sunday, the Dragons and Dolphins get things underway before the Panthers and Cowboys square off with a host of Origin stars set to feature.
Finally, the Roosters will be aiming to solidify their spot in the top-four when they host the Tigers.
