NFL Week 2 kicks off with an AFC East rivalry match as the Miami Dolphins host the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football. The Week 2 schedule has all teams taking to the field again, with 16 of them hoping to continue an undefeated streak and 16 aiming to climb out of a Week 1 hole. This is the place for early odds on every game, with a rundown of the biggest matchups and live-updated moneyline, spread and totals for every Week 2 matchup, plus how to watch each game.
The biggest swings in the odds for Week 2 so far have been away from the Cleveland Browns and the Green Bay Packers. The Browns got dismantled by the Dallas Cowboys, and the Packers are without Jordan Love due to an MCL sprain.
On Saturday, the Baltimore Ravens — looking to come back from a devastating loss to the Kansas City Chiefs — have reason for optimism as the biggest favorites going into Week 2 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Chiefs are at home again, hosting the spluttering Bengals as 6-point favorites. On paper, this game has the potential to be an AFC Championship preview, but it’s tough to imagine the quality will be there with a Bengals team that takes a while to heat up and has at least one key player (Tee Higgins) who may be questionable for Week 2 play.

Several other games have a comfortable spread of a touchdown or more. The triumphant Cowboys are favored over the New Orleans Saints, who were a standout in Week 1 — but against the Panthers. No offense to Carolina, but now New Orleans faces a real test.
The Detroit Lions are significant favorites over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, though Mayfield (289 passing yards, four touchdowns, 86.1 QBR) looked like a star against Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders. Mayfield has been the talk of the town since that game, but will he stay consistent? The Houston Texans are 6.5-point favorites over the Bears, and the Eagles are 6.5-point favorites at home over the Atlanta Falcons in Monday Night Football.
Like we did last week, let’s look at a few critical thresholds that the odds have crossed since the Week 1 games. As mentioned, the biggest change in the odds is for Colts at Packers, where the news about Love’s injury status swung the favorite from -4 towards the Packers to -3.5 towards the Colts.
The odds for Cleveland vs. Jacksonville opened as a pick’em and have now moved to -3 in favor of the Jaguars, who started strong against the Dolphins, then blew their double-digit lead in the second half. The odds are perhaps more telling of low faith in Deshaun Watson rather than anyone feeling particularly high on the Jaguars yet.
The Jim Harbaugh-led Los Angeles Chargers went from 4-point to 5.5-point favorites against the abysmal Panthers, which still seems like too short a spread.
