The Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings didn’t have to do anything to stay on top of the NFL power rankings, as they retained their spots after bye weeks.
In fact, not much changed at the top. The Detroit Lions stayed in third after a rout of Dallas, and the NFL North continued to flex its muscles. All four NFC North teams are in the top half of the power rankings, and it has emerged as the best division in football by a wide margin.
The Dallas Cowboys were the big mover in the power rankings, but not in a good way. They dropped to 19th after their faceplant against Detroit.
Cowboys have a bye game this week.
