Joe Burrow’s latest sartorial choice caught the eye on Sunday as he arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in a mesh tank top.
The quarterback went for an all-black look, which he completed with sunglasses and a colorful gemstone necklace.
But while the Bengals deemed their quarterback’s style to be ‘effortless‘ before their matchup with the Chiefs, many fans think his daring display only added more pressure onto him to beat Kansas City.
‘Not a horrible fit, but wearing that before a big game? Now you GOTTA win or it’s gonna get brought up a lot,’ one fan said on X.
‘My man, you better win if you’re walking in with a mesh tank top,’ another added.

A third fan seemed to think that Burrow’s outfit would negatively affect his performance, writing, ‘3 ints incoming.
‘Look like he was out at a rave till 7 am. Chiefs by 40,’ cracked a fourth.
Other jokes in response to Burrow’s look included one fan calling him ‘the newest member of Depeche Mode.’
‘I’d be embarrassed [as f***] if my QB walked in the stadium looking like that,’ another said.
Burrow has become known for his ambitious style choices – including his bleach-blonde hair – though it doesn’t seem like his latest decision has been too well-received by fans.
Nonetheless, he has a 3-1 record all-time vs. the Chiefs and will hope to keep that supremacy going on Sunday.
