Two celebrities have been kicked out of the I’m a Celebrity jungle tonight, leaving the top three left to fight it out for the crown.
Brittany Hockley and Ellie Cole were revealed to have received the lowest public votes and were asked to leave their campmates behind on Thursday.
As a result, Skye Wheatley, Callum Hole and Tristan MacManus will remain in camp until Sunday.
After saying their goodbyes, Hockley and Cole sat down with hosts Rob Irwin and Julia Morris to talk about their experience in camp over the past few weeks.
“I had an amazing time. Genuinely, even the down days, I can’t fault,” gushed Hockley. “It is a once in a lifetime experience and like people like Ellie I got to do it with. And leave together. I’m going to get emotional …”
“I have travelled the world and I have lived rougher than this, which I think helped me a lot,” she revealed.
“So for me, the environment was easy. The hardest thing was probably the food and being away from family. But I think the experiences I have had, and I always laugh at everything. So even the gross stuff, the hard stuff, I laugh in uncomfortable situations, I laugh when I shouldn’t, I think that is what got me through.”
Cole went on to reveal how proud of herself she was for getting as far as she did in the show, just days away from the finale.
“I always wanted to do a show like this. It tests you. It tests you in an environment you would never find in the outside world. It is so unique,” she shared.
“I was looking forward to spending time with 11 other personalities I usually wouldn’t spend time with in the outside world.”
The athlete continued: “I have been the biggest fan of this show for the last 10 years, I couldn’t wait to get my feet into camp!”
Now, there’s just three stars battling it out for Sunday’s finale. At the time of writing, Wheatley has a return of just $1.50 to win, making her the frontrunner. Not far behind her is Love Island star Hole with $2.40. Tristan MacManus has the lowest odds, with a return of $13.00.
