A host of top northern yards are placing a £50 daily charity bet with all winnings, plus the stake, being donated to the New Beginnings racehorse rehoming charity.
Ed Chamberlin, Alex Hammond, Oli Bell and Michael Shinners join the Sporting Life team, David O’Meara, Kevin Ryan, Karl Burke, Tim Easterby, Charlie Johnston, Richard Fahey and John & Sean Quinn in making selections throughout the festival.
The master of Musley Bank went into Sunday’s action top of the pile but it was Ben Linfoot’s Nap of the day Coppull Hall Lane (2/1) who saw team Sporting Life jump up to £300 profit.
Karl Burke moved second in the table after nominating his own winner Flight Radar (13/8) as his best bet, while David O’Meara was the other winner on Sunday as his 9/4 favourite Brastias won the opening maiden on the Redcar card.
Look out for Monday’s Beverley selections which will be coming soon…
