Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna on latest injury news: “George
[Hirst] has a big chance to be involved. It won’t be from the start but he has trained
with the group today. A big, big bonus for us having him back in around the group, feels like a big boost.

“Conor Chaplin is a few weeks away still. Sammy Szmodics has an injury after the Fulham
game.

“Hopefully not a very serious injury but he is in a
boot at the moment with some damage to his ankle, so he will be assessed on Monday to get clearer picture on where he is at.

“[Omari Hutchinson] will
certainly be back, if everything goes well, for the Liverpool game.”

On the situation with Jaden Phiologene after Ipswich reportedly agreed deal for winger: “Nothing to say really. He is still
an Aston Villa player first and foremost. There is no deal or completion as
far as I’m aware.

“Until that changes, or if it changes, then I’m sure the club will
announce.”
