START Michael Pittman Jr.: Look for Anthony Richardson to get his top WR rolling this week against the Bears. The Colts have the fourth-best pass blocking advantage rating for an offensive line for Week 3 on PFF. Richardson will have ample time to find Pittman for some important receptions.
START Tank Dell: Last season’s rookie sleeper sensation should get involved more in the Houston passing game this week in a matchup against a Vikings pass defense that will be focused on containing Nico Collins. After catching four passes in the first two weeks, the Houston coaches and QB C.J. Stroud may make it a point to get Dell more involved this week.
START Demarcus Robinson: The Rams’ WR group has been thinned by WR injuries, and Robinson will now be in line for more potential targets starting this week as a top option for Matthew Stafford. The 49ers rank 29th in FFPG allowed to WRs after the first two games of the season. Go with Robinson if you need a plugger at a WR or flex spot.
START Tyler Lockett: DK Metcalf will engage in another showdown with Jalen Ramsey and Jaxon Smith-Njigba has also earned more defensive attention after his Week 2 breakout performance. Opposing pass defenses will be overworked by the three prominent Seahawks WRs on a regular basis this year. Miami’s secondary just can’t effectively cover everyone, and this week Lockett will get his fantasy turn to post satisfying totals.
