SUNNYSIDE — Sophomore Aiden Sanchez showed once again why he’s the Grizzlies’ top offensive threat in their league opener Saturday night.
The sophomore’s 29 points led Sunnyside to a 78-36 win over Wenatchee, snapping a two-game losing streak. Robert Ornelas added 15 points and the Grizzlies led by 31 at halftime.
Sunnyside (1-0 CBBN, 2-2) will play another nonleague game at Pasco Tuesday night.
