There wasn’t any movement in Class 6A this week, with teams such as top-ranked Allen and No. 2 Duncanville continuing to dominate as district play continues on.
The real shakeup came in Class 5A/Others. Kimball, coming off of wins over Carter and Lincoln, still tops that list, but West Mesquite and Red Oak have since joined the party. Parish Episcopal, which boasts three McDonald’s All American nominees, also moved up in the poll.
