With 10 weeks in the rearview mirror, the 2024 NFL season has started to really heat up. The Sporting News can’t wait to get you ready for another 14-game slate with our DFS sleepers and value plays, highlighting the top bargains on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft.
The No. 1 key to success in daily fantasy is to identify value, like finding the best and most affordable pies two weeks before Turkey Day. You won’t win any DFS jackpots if you don’t get the most bang for your buck during lineup construction. Finding a balance between proven weekly studs and high-value sleepers is crucial.
For years, this column has shined a light on the undervalued gems each week on DraftKings, FanDuel, and now SuperDraft. Anyone can spot the elite DFS stars, but it’s the sleepers and value plays that separate lineups from the crowd and start making you some real money.
MORE NFL WEEK 11: Best bets and top props | Odds, lines, totals
By finding solid production at discount DFS prices, we afford ourselves more proven weekly studs at other roster positions. That way, a larger percentage of our lineup is contributing, and we establish lineup variance by separating our entries from the rest of the DFS pack.
Throughout the season, we highlight our biggest hits from the previous week to prove the effectiveness of our strategies. Let’s take a look at our list of successes from last week, with each player’s Week 10 salaries as well as their final DraftKings points production.
POS | PLAYER | GAME | SALARY | POINTS |
QB | Brock Purdy | 49ers at Bucs | $6,500 | 26.8 |
QB | Russell Wilson | Steelers at Wash. | $5,900 | 19.1 |
QB | Bo Nix | Broncos at Chiefs | $6,000 | 16.1 |
RB | Austin Ekeler | Commanders vs. Steelers | $5,800 | 18.1 |
WR | Jauan Jennings | 49ers at Bucs | $5,100 | 16.3 |
WR | Darnell Mooney | Darnell Mooney | $6,500 | 14.6 |
WR | Josh Downs | Colts vs. Bills | $6,200 | 14.2 |
TE | T.J. Hockenson | Vikings at Jaguars | $4,200 | 15.2 |
We won’t sugarcoat it — that wasn’t our greatest week. The DFS sites had things priced pretty well last week, and as a result, we reached a little further than we typically like to for potential bargains. Sometimes, you swing and miss. Our batting average is still looking mighty fine for the season, though.
Let’s bounce back quickly and unveil the Week 11 DFS sleepers and value picks on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. We’ll highlight the most affordable high-value options at each position, as well as their listed cost or scoring boost on each DFS site.
Two weeks until Thanksgsiving — let’s make some pie money!
Two things happened last week that didn’t make much sense: Goff struggled against the Texans in Houston, and the Jaguars’ defense embarrassed Sam Darnold and the Vikings in Jacksonville. Well, expect a bounce-back from Goff and some negative regression from the Jags.
Only two teams have given up more fantasy points to QBs than Jacksonville, and that’s whether you’re using DK or FD. And Goff averages over 17 DK points per game, so we have a better chance of seeing elephants start flying through the sky than Goff putting up another dud week. Don’t think twice!
WEEK 11 FANTASY FOOTBALL RANKINGS

Tua’s heating up, and so are Miami pass-catchers Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and Jonnu Smith. Hell, even Odell Beckham Jr. has made some catches lately. Now he faces a Raiders D that has surrendered over 30 points per game its past five contests and let Joe Burrow throw five TDs last time out. Easy pickings!

It’s taken the veteran Chubb a bit to get his sea legs back after recovering from a second-career blown knee, but this could be the get-right game he’s been searching for since returning.
The Saints have surrendered the 3rd-most fantasy points to running backs this season, and Jameis Winston will be raring to move the ball against his former team in New Orleans. Cleveland is also coming off a bye week, so Chubb will be rested and ready to go.

The touchdown-monster should be at it again versus the Jaguars at home. Montgomery has a fantastic floor (15.8 DK PPG, fewer than 12.6 just once all season) but also a superb ceiling for this price (21 @ Dallas in Week 6, 24.2 @ Arizona in Week 3). The Jags are cooked — fire away.

Sutton got goose-egged in Week 7 in New Orleans, leading some overanxious fantasy minds to think he was completely done as an impact player. He proceeded to put up 21 DK points one week later against Carolina, then 26.3 in Baltimore a week after that, and 19 in Kansas City last week.
Make no mistake about it — Sutton is the most talented player on this Broncos’ offense. He has developed a strong rapport with rookie QB Bo Nix, and the continued evolution of fellow pass-catchers Deshaun Vele and Troy Franklin only helps Sutton find openings all over the field. Keep riding with him against an ATL defense that ranks among the 10 most-generous to fantasy wideouts.
Jennings might very well be the best 49ers pass-catching option in fantasy this weekend. Deebo Samuel always tends to get the most attention of the Niners’ wideouts, and George Kittle will likely be blanketed as well by Seattle’s underrated ‘backers and defensive backs. Jauan just put up 16.3 DK points last week in Tampa — we’ll gladly take him at these discount prices.

MORE NFL FANTASY WEEK 11: Sleepers | Busts | Stock watch
Many will stack the aforementioned Tua with Tyreek Hill, but a Tua-Jonnu stack sounds pretty darn good, too. Smith has really come alive lately, hauling in 24 catches for 269 yards over his past five games. He had a 30-yard chunk gain on Monday Night Football against the Rams that he almost took to the house. The Raiders have allowed the 4th-most TE points in fantasy, so letting Jonnu ball out will be nothing new, Jaknow?
More Week 11 TEs worth a look:
The Dolphins, widely believed to be a sleeper D/ST this season, finally looked worth their weight in Week 10 against the Rams. Now they draw a lost franchise with possibly the worst QB situation in the NFL. We’re all-in on Miami this week, or should we say “Fins up!” (I’m sorry, fellow New Englanders…I’m losing my grip).
