It was Gould’s turn to carry the scoring load for the high-octane Bulldogs, posting a game-high 31 points in a 105-57 victory against Springton in District 7-4A action.
McCormick averages around 30 points per game and was right around that mark with a 31-point performance in a 98-21 win against Garner in District 17-A. The top-ranked Pirates also got 25 points from Case Lambert.
McAllister delivered a 27-point performance and Quanah improved to a 5-1 in District 2-2A play thanks to an 85-42 victory against Memphis.
Cervantes nearly equaled Forestburg in scoring with 25 points in a 61-28 victory over the Lady Panthers’ District 18-A rival.
Hons dropped 24 points in the Lady Panthers’ 70-35 victory against Archer City, keeping them within reach of Nocona for the District 9-2A lead.
Fatheree and Karson Kleinhans matched Electra and scored a combined 42 points, with Fatheree leading with 22, in a 55-42 victory in District 9-2A play. .
Fields was one of three Lady Bulldogs in double figures, leading them to a 76-49 victory against District 7-4A foe Springtown with a game-high 22 points.
Johnson scored 22 points, but the Mavs fell short, 62-55, against Abilene Wylie in District 4-5A action.
