ANNAPOLIS, MD — Annapolis has landed on Travel + Leisure’s Best Cities in the U.S. list among the likes of Charleston, New York, Santa Fe, Honolulu and New Orleans.
Travel + Leisure readers decided the Best Cities in the U.S. list as part of the magazine’s World’s Best Awards for 2024. Annapolis ranked 12th of 15 cities in the rankings released Tuesday.
More than 186,000 readers completed the World’s Best Awards survey, casting over 700,000 votes in different categories, such as hotels, cities and more. Readers rated cities based on several factors: sights and landmarks, culture, food, friendliness, shopping, and value.
This is the first time Annapolis made the list.
