This is the eighth consecutive year the resort has won.
The accolade was presented at a gala ceremony at the Savoy Palace in Madeira, Portugal.
The World Golf Awards, now in their 11th year, celebrate excellence in golf tourism.
The Vale Resort was recognised for its ‘sustained excellence’ and status as a ‘standout destination for golfers in Wales’.
The resort was up against competition from The Celtic Manor Resort and Bryn Meadows Golf Hotel & Spa.
It has two championship courses, the Wales National and the Lake Course, which feature challenging holes and scenic views.
Stephanie Metson, marketing manager at the Vale Resort, said: “We believe golf should be both a challenge and a joy.
“Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming, unforgettable experience, and we’re honoured that our efforts have been recognised once again at the World Golf Awards.
“As the Vale Resort celebrates this exceptional achievement, we remain committed to setting the standard in Welsh golfing excellence and delivering memorable experiences to all who visit.”
The Vale Resort is set within 650 acres of countryside and is popular with golfers, corporate guests, and leisure travellers.
