Barry Poffley also retained his position as the golden boot winner as leading scorer.
Skipper David Kirkby narrowly beat Martin Kukla to maintain the title of top defender.

Glenn Cope was chosen as the most improved performer by coach Heather Kirkland, and Eugene Wills bagged the ‘always running’ award.
The trophies were presented by club chairman Brian Mustoe at the Westgate Hotel, where members and their partners were entertained by musicians Liam and Tony White.
A raffle held during the event raised £180, which will be donated to Prostate Cancer UK.
The club welcomes new players to try their hand at the sport during the Tuesday morning sessions at the university sports stadium in Milland Road, Bar End.
