Venues, St Pauls, London, the day will feature a host of speakers and sessions focusing on the latest trends in consumer behaviour, market and economic updates as well as advice on how agents can best adapt their marketing strategies to capitalise on changing customer behaviour.
Key sessions also include helping delegates connect with disabled audiences which Abta notes is an “essential and growing area”. Digital marketing and AI will also be examined.
Those attending can expect to hear case study presentations based on trends and learning which can be used to “fine tune marketing strategies”. Abta said the day would also help “inform product planning with actionable insights on the future of travel”.
The association also promised sector specific updates on cruise, luxury, gen-z and adventure travel.
