Fulton used his vision and speed to run right past the Longhorns for 183 yards on only 15 carries with four touchdowns. The junior quietly was 4-of-4 passing for 60 yards.

On the ground, Winters was dazzling rushing for a game-high 32 times for 187 yards. Through the air, he also got the job done going 5-of-8 for 60 yards.
The ever-improving sophomore kept the Dons in the playoff picture during a lopsided 34-6 win over Wichita Falls Legacy on Friday night. Reese II, or better known as “Deuce”, picked apart the Legacy defense on a near perfect passing night going 18-of-21 for 211 yards and four touchdowns.
After a very frustrating year Friona’s first win on the year couldn’t come at a more opportune time as the Chieftains are all of a sudden in the District 1-3A Division II playoff picture. Trevino had a night to remember getting Friona its first win going 7-of-9 for 167 yards passing on top of carrying the ball 13 times for 89 yards with a score.
The Cyclones captain made sure they had a reason to play next week as Memphis knocked off Clarendon 30-14. On the offensive side of the ball, Martinez went 10-of-16 for 243 passing yards with a touchdown. On the defense side, the defensive back made five tackles and snagged an interception.
Whittington highlighted Shamrock’s come-from-behind 30-28 win over Quanah catching an 11-yard go-ahead touchdown with five minutes to play from quarterback Philip Cook that helped secure the victory. On top of his heroics, Whittington led the team with 141 yards receiving on only five catches with three TDs.
