The NFL trade deadline for the 2024 season (Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 4 p.m. ET) is almost here and with it, the rumors and deals will end, too. It’s been a more active midseason hot stove than anticipated with 10 veterans being traded, including wide receivers Davante Adams, Amari Cooper, and DeAndre Hopkins.
The Titans have been the top “selling” teams so far, with the Chiefs, Seahawks, and Vikings leading the “buying” teams.
Here’s looking at the 10 most likely remaining players on the trading block to be moved for the second half of ’24.

Smith has been a valuable seasoned presence opposite Myles Garrett and has some scheme versatility from his days with the Packers and Ravens. The Lions or 49ers should try to make this happen to boost their NFC chances.
Antonio Pierce may not want GM Tom Telesco to part with his linebacker leader, but the team needs to re-sign Divine Deablo for the second level and needs to move this pending older free agent. The Bills should be the prime suitors.

Jones is the best asset the team has among pending free agents and would give another team a starter. Landing in Minnesota with Brian Flores or Baltimore with Zach Orr would make the most sense.
The Titans aren’t moving Jeffery Simmons, but after dealing Hopkins and linebacker Ernest Jones, they need to move another veteran piece to stock up picks for their rebuild. Joseph-Day can go back to San Francisco to help the 49ers’ rotation.

He’s not needed behind Chuba Hubbard with rookie Jonathon Brooks about to return. Sanders would be a cheap way to get experienced backup help for the Chargers or Shane Steichen’s Colts.
Echols has been OK filling in for Michael Carter in subpackages with Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed. With Reed needing to be re-signed and Echols also a pending free agent, the latter could help another team with slot coverage.
Although there’s a wacky rumor the Jets might re-trade Davante Adams, moving Aaron Rodgers’ least favorite target is more logical. The Steelers and Buccaneers should be interested most in his field-stretching and red-zone abilities.
Campbell’s name is late to the trade rumors, but the future HOF pass rusher and run stopper is no stranger to changing teams, having played for the Cardinals, Jaguars, Ravens, and Falcons before his latest stint in Miami, where he played in college. His name has popped up most as an up-front pivot for the 49ers,
The veteran can help plenty of teams, including the Steelers, Buccaneers, 49ers, and Texans. He has more reliable floor potential over younger receiver Tyquan Thornton.
Young can get to the quarterback, but overall, the No. 2 overall pick in 2020 keeps disappointing with all-around play. It didn’t work in Washington or San Francisco, where he was traded last season. The Lions could settle for him to produce better under Aaron Glenn, once an assistant under current Saints coach Dennis Allen.
