An Asian restaurant will be next business that will locate in Top Golf-anchored second phase two of the Ambassador Town Center in Lafayette.

Co-owner Chris Zumbek and his business partner will open TK’s Asian Kitchen on Spring Farm Road on the property across from Top Golf. Construction is expected to start this fall and take about a year to complete.

Zumbek and his partner own and operate the nearby Xclusive Auto Spa, 4831 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, along with three other properties in that area. The restaurant will occupy about ¾ of the 2.2-acre tract, he said.

“My partner and his family already own a restaurant called Nhi Taste of Asia located in Phase 1,” Zumbek said. “We hope to bring an Asian fusion, fast, casual restaurant concept to Phase 2. It will be locally owned and family operated.”
