Corewell Health™ William Beaumont University Hospital has been recognized as the top hospital in Michigan* according to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals Rankings for 2024-2025. The ranking system, now in its 29th year, is designed to help patients choose the best care venues.

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital and Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital have earned national recognition for their services. To achieve a national ranking, a hospital must be ranked among the nation’s top 50 hospitals in a given specialty.
Overall, five Corewell Health Hospitals were ranked in the top eight in the state. They include Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, Royal Oak (tied for 1), Corewell Health’s Blodgett & Butterworth Hospitals (3), Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital (5), Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital (tied for 8) and Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital (tied for 8).
In addition, seven Corewell Health Hospitals have been recognized as having high-performing specialties including Corewell Health’s Blodgett & Butterworth Hospitals, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital, Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital, Corewell Health Taylor Hospital, Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital and Corewell Health Trenton Hospital. A high-performing specialty is among the top 10% in the nation.

U.S. News & World Report generates its rankings by evaluating data from 4,500 hospitals in four different categories, including patient experience, outcomes, care-related factors and expert opinions from physician surveys.
