The 2024 NBA Playoffs continue Tuesday with three more Game 2s. Home teams have remained solid so far in Game 2 action, winning every contest Monday. The Timberwolves, Bucks and Clippers will hope that trend continues while the Suns, Pacers and Mavericks will attempt to change things up.
Here’s a look at some of our favorite player props for the day’s action, with odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Booker struggled from the floor in Game 1, along with a good portion of the team in a 25-point loss. However, the guard did still manage five assists in the contest and should look to continue getting others involved Tuesday night. Booker averaged 7.3 assists per game over the final 10 games of the regular season, going over this line six times. I think he has a better showing in this front as the Suns display more efficiency shooting the ball as a team.
Lillard’s official line is 3.5 (over -155, under +130) and if Game 1 is any indication, the point guard isn’t going to stop hoisting from the perimeter. I don’t know that he’ll go 6-11 again but I feel better about him going over on his line than under and there’s more value on this alternate offering. The Pacers can’t commit too many extra defenders on Lillard with the likes of Khris Middleton and Bobby Portis having big Game 1s, so Milwaukee’s star should continue getting decent looks. I like Playoff Dame to keep up his hot play in Game 2 Tuesday night.
If Kawhi Leonard does play, this line will likely be adjusted a bit but I’d still take the over for Zubac. He was an absolute force in the opener against the Mavericks, going for 20 points and 15 rebounds in a 109-97 victory for the Clippers. Zubac had six straight games with double-digit boards before dealing with a minor injury to close the regular season, going over this line five times in that span. Even if the Mavericks give him more attention, I think he comes down with enough rebounds to top this mark Tuesday.
